My contribution

Own the delivery strategy and integrated roadmap. Build program mechanisms including integrated schedules, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision records, source-to-target mappings, validation criteria, dashboards, and executive reviews. Align milestones, critical paths, ownership, and release plans across workstreams.

Program scope

Govern business rules, lineage, mapping, and validation for 116 enterprise reporting elements. Use ServiceNow to coordinate intake, change requests, delivery dependencies, and operational handoffs.

The challenge

My contribution

Led a 65-person organization of senior developers and analysts. Owned portfolio roadmaps, capacity, priorities, critical dependencies, technical risks, vendor performance, and executive communications. Governed planning and investment as the portfolio scaled from $200M to $900M.

Delivery and decision outcomes

Directed delivery of 400+ capabilities annually. Created KPI dashboards, dependency and risk views, business cases, and decision briefs. Coordinated analytics modernization, release planning, and adoption management to reduce reporting and decision latency by two weeks across 12 business units.

Nationwide vaccination rollout

Directed technology and portfolio governance for the nationwide COVID-19 vaccination rollout, coordinating cross-functional delivery, resources, operational readiness, and rapid implementation. This work contributed to an approximately 70% increase in vaccination capacity.

I’m Jessica, a senior technical product and program leader with 18+ years orchestrating digital transformations and technology implementations across Fortune 500 healthcare, retail, and gaming organizations.

I connect program strategy with integrated schedules, critical paths, cross-team dependencies, and accountable execution. My work spans enterprise data platforms, portfolio governance, release planning, operational readiness, and value realization.

I establish operating cadences, executive reviews, risk visibility, and clear ownership so teams can make timely tradeoffs and remove delivery blockers. I’m also pursuing an M.S. in Data Science at the University of Phoenix, with a 4.0 GPA and completion expected in December 2027.
